"Print was okay, but I expected a bit more"
The shirt arrived on time and the design was the correct one, so I’ll give them that. Maybe I’m being a little picky, but the print looked lighter in person than it did in the online photo, which was kind of disappointing.
I washed it once and it didn’t fall apart or anything, but I did notice a few tiny cracks starting already. It’s not awful, and maybe it’s fine for a simple shirt, but I was expecting it to look a little sharper

I was disappointed when this arrived. The color looked nothing like what I expected, not even close. It also felt like it had been handled carelessly, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I ordered a school spirit shirt from 1st Place Spiritwear, i was kind of underwhelmed when it showed up. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but for the price, I guess I expected a bit more.
The print looked fine, but the shirt itself felt basic, like something you’d grab from a stack at a school event. Weirdly, I remember the package had this tiny blue sticker on the corner that said “checked,” and I kept thinking the shirt didn’t really feel like it had been worth checking twice.
Overall, it’s wearable, and I’ll probably still use it for school events, but I don’t feel like I got great value for the money. I’d maybe order again if there was a decent sale, but not at full price.
"Decent fundraiser store, but I’m torn"
The fundraiser store worked fine overall, and I was happy to support the cause. Shipping did feel slower than I expected, though. I usually stick with brands I already trust, so I was a little conflicted trying this one, but it got the job done in the end.

"Kind of liked it, but probably wouldn’t rush back"
I’m a little torn on this order. The shirt wasn’t bad at all, and the design is the main reason I bought it, so I’m glad I got it. But at the same time, the whole thing felt slower than I expected and just a bit more annoying than it should’ve been. The quality is okay, maybe even decent, but not really anything that made me think, wow, I need to order from here again. I’d probably check other places first next time, unless this is the only spot with a design I really want.

I reached out to support and they replied a lot quicker than I expected. It reminded me of dealing with a local business where someone actually pays attention. They fixed my issue without any hassle, which I really appreciated.

"Sizing was about what I expected"
I ordered a hoodie and a tee for my son, and the sizing pretty much lined up with what I thought it would be. I had a feeling the hoodie would fit true to size based on the chart and other reviews, and sure enough, it fit him just right. The tee was maybe a little snug, but not enough to be a problem. If you’re stuck between two sizes, I’d probably go up just to be safe. Overall, I’m happy with the order.

Support did end up helping me get my order issue fixed, which I appreciated. It just took longer than I expected to hear back. Overall, not a bad experience, but nothing amazing either. Average.

I was disappointed with this shirt. The fabric feels thinner than I expected, and the print already started cracking after just one wash. I’ll probably still wear it around the house, but I wouldn’t really buy it again.

"Lost confidence after a frustrating experience"
I wasn’t happy with how everything went. What should’ve been a simple process ended up being more frustrating than I expected, and by the end I just didn’t feel like it was worth the time or hassle. I was expecting things to go a lot smoother, and the experience kind of made me lose trust in 1st Place Spiritwear. I probably wouldn’t use them again.

Overall, I thought the communication was solid. I had a couple of questions about my order, and when they replied, the answers actually made sense and felt specific to what I asked, not like a generic copy-and-paste response.
There was one email that took a little longer than I expected, for about a day I was starting to wonder if my message had slipped through the cracks. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I did notice it.
After that, though, they followed up and kept me in the loop, which made a difference. My impression was that it wasn’t perfect, but there was definitely a real person paying attention on the other end...

My order arrived fine, and the shirt itself was folded neatly enough, which I appreciated. That said, I’m a bit picky about packaging, and this felt basic to me. The bag was wrinkled and looked like it was close to tearing on one side. Nothing was damaged, so it wasn’t a big issue, but I would’ve liked it to feel a little more secure and put together.

"Quick fix and no hassle"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed them not expecting much. But reading between the lines, you can tell they actually care about keeping customers happy. They replied quickly and sorted it out without turning it into some drawn-out thing. I really appreciated how easy they made it, and I’d definitely order from them again.

The shirt came out really close to the preview, actually, almost exactly like it. The colors looked right, and the logo placement was good too. There was a tiny difference in size, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I didn’t have a huge order, so I wasn’t sure if they’d be willing to work with me. They ended up being flexible, which I appreciated. There were still some minimums and limits, so it wasn’t totally open-ended, but for my situation it felt fair and better than I expected.
